Birth Doula Support
Having a birth doula as additional support for this special moment can greatly benefit your birthing experience. As your birth doula, I promise to walk beside you during your pregnancy and birth journey.
How I can help: translate the medical jargon so it may be easier to understand. Help with comfort measures and position changes. Serve as a calm energy. Assist your birthing partner during their own transition into parenthood.
Birth Package

Our relationship begins when we’ve decided I would be a good match as your doula.
On our first visit, we will review and sign a contract. We discuss what is expected of both you and I during our journey together. Approximate length of appointment: 1 hour
At our second visit, we will go over your birth plan (birth wishes) and review the dynamics of what having a baby at a hospital, birth center, or home birth actually looks like. This gives me the opportunity to understand your vision for your birth. Approximate length of appointment: 1-2 hrs.
On our last prenatal visit we go over comfort measures. During this visit, we will try different positions and techniques to ease the possible discomforts of labor. This visit also includes a treat for mama, either a foot bath or light massage. Approximate length:1-2 hrs
The Birth Day Party! The Big Day has come and now it’s time to meet your baby. I will be in attendance during your labor, starting in active labor until your baby is born. I remain with you until you have birth the placenta and feel ready for quiet time with your new family.
Lastly, one to two weeks after your baby is born, we will then have our last meeting together. During this postpartum visit, we can discuss the events of your labor and baby’s birth, along with answering any questions you may have. If you need any assistance in finding resources, such as lactation experts, I can help with this as well.
Energy Shifting
$100
This 60-90 minute experience will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and renewed. Your energy shifting session will consist of crystal healing, herbal cleansing, reiki, aroma therapy and subtle healing music. Energy clearing gives the physical body an opportunity to relax, thus calming the nerves, and in turn, calming the spirit.
Benefits: increased feeling of wholeness, calmness, overall relaxation, decreased anxiety and depression.
Mother Blessings
$250
Mama blessings are uniquely tailored to your liking. This gives your loved ones a chance to love on you in a way that honors your transition into motherhood. In a mama blessing, we blend Meso-American and Andean traditions, blessing everyone in your party, but with a special focus on Mama.

Placenta Despacho
$250
Want to keep your placenta but don’t know what to do with it?
Give it back to the original source- the Earth.
A despacho is an Andean tradition going back hundreds, arguably thousands of years. The Andean people understand that in order to live harmonious and peaceful lives, we must be connected to Pachamama (Mother Earth). Living in ayni (reciprocity), where we receive the fruits of Pachamama, and in turn care for her as well.
This special despacho is a thank you to Pachamama for giving you the blessing of carrying your baby, providing for your baby, and receiving your baby.
I personally, have seen beautiful miracles unfold after a despacho ceremony.
